Q: Are tracking numbers provided with my order?

All orders will have tracking numbers provided via email and usually take 24 to 48 hours to generate. We ship via UPS, USPS, and LTL pallet freight when necessary.

Q: What location is my item shipping from?

Most of your items will ship out of our warehouse located at 227 Industrial Drive Harbor Beach, MI 48441. We also have a couple affiliate warehouses located across the country that we can ship from if it yields quicker arrival time.

Q: Engine & Transmission Ordering Terms & Conditions

Our engine and transmission teams work diligently to execute your orders. Your order creates a chain of executables for our staff and requires many internal and external resources. For these reasons, the cancelation of Engine and Transmission orders are subject to the terms below: 

  • Canceled Within 24hrs/Prior to Parts Assigned/Ordered = $250.00 + Merchant Fees
  • Canceled After Parts Assigned/Ordered or Machining is in Process/Completed = 5% of Purchase Price + Merchant Fees
  • Canceled Once in Assembly = 20% + Merchant Fees
  • Canceled After Completed/Ready For Customer = 30% + Merchant Fees
The DHD team takes great pride in completing your engine and transmission orders within the completion window provided to you. In the event your order is completed its imperative any open balances and shipping arrangements are paid/made in a timely manner. Customers who fail to pay open balances or arrange shipping may incur additional storage fees. See terms below: 

  • Open Balances Must Be Paid in Full within 14 days of Notification of Completion OR $5.00/Day Storage Fee Will Be Applied (Clear and Transparent Communication with Our Team Can Avoid/Reduce This Fee)
  • Engines/Transmissions Must Be Shipping Within 30 Days of Notification of Completion OR $10.00/Day Storage Fee Will Be Applied (Clear and Transparent Communication with Our Team Can Avoid/Reduce This Fee)
  • Open Balances and Products Not Shipped Within 45 days of Completion Are Considered Abandoned and Subject To Our Cancellation Policy Above.

Special Considerations and Exclusions Apply. DHD Management Decisions are Final.
