The manifold pressure switch assembly is used by the TCM to validate the shift valve position in the valve body. When the switch has fluid present it provides a grounded signal to the TCM. A faulty pressure switch assembly may cause incomplete shifts or fault codes. Failures are typically due to contamination, extended service life or overheating.
This is a genuine OEM Allison replacement pressure switch assembly. This assembly will fit all 2001-2018 Allison 5-Speed & 6-Speed transmission assemblies.
