DHD 10L1000 transmission builds are packed with industry leading components and backed by real world testing. Stage 1 transmissions include our hard anodized F drum, increased clutch capacity and proprietary valve body improvements.

Every piece is hot tanked, ultra sonic cleaned, and personally inspected for even the slightest flaws.  A series of highly specific measurements, function and piston apply tests are performed before the transmission leaves the stand.

Core Charge and Freight Extra

Core:

• DHD does require cores on all Transmissions and Converters. To receive full credit your core must be in rebuildable condition, no case damage, catastrophic failures or hard part failures. The core you return must match the model and type you received. Cores do not need to function electronically and can smell burnt.
• To avoid paying the core charge up front, you can select the "Return Core First" option in the menu above. Right above the add to cart button. When this option is utilized we will hold your order until the core is received.

NOTE: A transmissions ability to hold horsepower is directly effected by driving habits and temperature control. Transmissions exposed to long periods of excessive temperature and/or repeated shock loads will have a shorter life expectancy. Proper engine /transmission tuning as well as ample cooling are essential to transmission life.
