• GM OE Cast Block Core of Required Engine Model
• 3 Step Block Cleaning and Decaling
• Magnaflux Crack Inspection
• Multi-Point Block Blueprinting and Measuring
• Torque Plate Bore & Hone to Target Cross-Hatch
• Decks are Inspected for Flaws, Surfaced and Confirmed Flat 
• Main Tunnel Honed and Deburred
• Original Coolant Freeze Plugs (Not Replaced, Rarely Needed)
• Cam Bearing Inspection (Not Replaced, Rarely Needed)
• Block is Shipped Unpainted and Requires Final Cleaning
• Requires Installation of Oil Galley Plugs after Final Cleaning - New Plugs are Provided

Additional Services and Options

• Billet Main Caps - This option includes SoCal Main Caps, DHD Torq Main Studs and Main Tunnel Boring and Honing
• Cam Bearing Replacement - This option includes bearing installation and Honing if Required.
• Deck Cylinder O-Ring - This option includes cutting of o-ring groove in deck and installation of stainless wire.

Core Charge:

To help keep pricing low and ensure an adequate supply, LML and L5P engine models require a like kind reusable core. Engine blocks that have had a crank failure are rarely reusable and will not qualify as a reusable core. Cores must be returned within 30 days at the customers expense. We can help your arrange freight if needed. If you want to avoid paying the core charge, consider sending us your block. Our team can stamp ID your block a follow it through each process.
