DHD's C2 hub sleeve is the perfect solution to increasing C2 hub strength on moderate power Allison equipped trucks. Before billet C2 hubs were a thing, C2 sleeves made a world of difference in the Allison world.
This steel sleeve gets pressed onto the C2 hub increasing its total outer diameter and effectively creating a steel band around the splined section of the hub. This steel band greatly decreases the chances of expanding the splines which has become an industry known issue.
Note: The C2 sleeve does not fit all build requirements. If your truck is over 800+ horsepower we do recommend transitioning to a billet C2 hub.
Installing our C2 sleeve or a billet C2 hub will require machining of the P1 Sun Gear.
