Our dual caliper pinion brake kit is a gamechanger for those looking to have maximum control over their rear axle. This brake kit was specifically developed to help pullers with automatic transmissions control their turbo and drivetrain load when leaving the starting line. Applying load to the driveline prior to leaving the line will allow you to lite large frame turbochargers easier and run a tighter, more efficient torque converter.
Unlike traditional hub mounted brakes, pinion brakes off huge mechanical advantages. Stopping the power flow before the mechanical ring/pinion provides 3 times the stopping power over stock and eliminates rotating mass on the axle shaft.
