GM 94200819 Duramax Block to Rear Engine Cover Dowel Pin 2001-2016 

These dowels are located at the rear of the engine block. They are used to locate the engine block to rear engine cover/flywheel housing. These open center pins often get damaged or come up missing during service. Dowel pins prevent shifting during install and post install. Not installing them will surely lead to leaks or damage.
