This is a genuine GM coolant elbow used to join the engine oil cooler to rear engine cover.
This elbow is required when installing a 2020 l5P oil cooler on earlier 2001-2019 trucks. Gaskets and hardware are not included.
Use in conjunction with oil cooler 12701592.
