GM 12645619 Fuel Filter Head Asm. w/Heater 2005-2012 Duramax

Having trouble with your truck loosing prime after sitting? Extended crank? Hard Start? There's a good chance this could be the cause. 

This OE Filter head is pre-assembled and ready to install. Just add your preferred filter.

Note: If your truck is not equipped with a Heater in the filter head, you need # 12665359.

If your replacing you filter head, its a perfect time to install a new TP3018 AcDelco fuel filter. The steel cased AcDelco filter is the only filter DHD installs and recommends. 

12642623 filter head has been replaced by 12645619(with pigtail on top) for the heated shell and 12645622 for non heated.
