DJ Safety and DHD have teamed up to develop the absolute best Allison transmission blanket on the market to date! This particular blanket was designed to cover the Allison bell-housing or GM ZF6 speed manual transmission bell-housing. These are a direct fit, 3-Strap blanket and even have the provisions in the blanket for speed sensor, dip-stick, and bracketry. This blanket is SFI 4.1 rated , and can be installed with transmission still in the truck.

This blanket is designed to contain components during a catastrophic failure from the transmission oil pan forward. The converter and clutch area of these transmissions are under tremendous amounts of power. DHD always recommends putting blankets on any high performance off road application.
