Replace your damaged or missing block heater intermediate cord with this genuine GM replacement. This cord is specific to the L5P 2020+ Duramax Trucks. This cord mounts into the bumper and mates with the 110V Power Cable 84564686.
This cord does not connect directly to block heater element. You will need GM 84766919 to connect to the heater element.
