DHD's DIY Allison Rebuild Kits are the perfect combination of quality parts and value. This 750HP rated kit includes all the vital improvements your transmission needs to have quick, crisp, dependable shifts. This carefully selected combination of components has been getting installed in our Dirty Hooker Diesel transmissions for over 15 years. 

Note: To achieve the HP rating of this kit you must upgrade your torque converter.

  1. DHD addresses the issues surrounding the durability of the C2 hub by increasing the C2 hub diameter with the addition of a steel sleeve and machining the P1 Sun to accept this change.
  2. DHD includes ALL the bushings and bearings, not just a select few.
  3. DHD pressure controls and spring combinations are complete and include Mike L Trim Springs.
  4. DHD clutch stack heights are spec'd out by hand and setup to match specific DHD clearance spec's. (Must confirm clearances @ Install)
