DHD 801-102 Duramax Diesel Stock Keyed Crankshaft
The stock Duramax uses a dowel pin on the crankshaft and it is common to see high mileage or high horsepower engines with damaged or sheared dowel pins.
DHD offers the best solution for that problem by selling our customers an upgraded crankshaft that will last for many years to come. Our machine shop has modified and added a keyway to each of these crankshafts for added shear strength over the stock dowel pin.

DHD identifies and uses only the best used crankshaft cores and subjects them to professional testing, cleaning and measurement. Each crankshaft has be Magnafluxed to rule out cracks, cleaned, polished and machined for a straight key. Each crank comes with a OEM crank gear installed. No pressing or removing you old gear! All crankshafts are standard bearing sizing unless noted. We always call to confirm your order, model and preferences.
Will My Stock Balancer / Accessories Fit?
Yes, there is no additional modification required to your stock components.
