Drivability issues in the 10L1000 Allison are proving to be signs of advanced wear in the valve body pressure regulation, Feed limit Low, and Feed limit High bore. The current industry accepted repair is to replace the valve body as an assembly.
These DHD valve bodies start off as Brand New GM valve bodies and include a series of changes and additions that we have found best improve durability and shift quality. Each valve body is meticulously assembled and tested before shipment.
Our improvements will reduce the likelihood of clutch slip and promote cooler transmission temps which will directly impact longevity.
This new improved valve body fixes both the Feed Limit Low and Feed Limit High bore wear problem. Which have direct connection to harsh up/down shifts, premature clutch failure, Limp Mode, and the dreaded P0747.

I just finished taking my truck for a test/learn cruise and this thing is awesome! Dropped my overall temp 20 degrees, smoother shifting and better TC lockup. It’s a definite improvement over stock.
