DHD 600-803 GM IFS 9.25 Front Differential Carrier Solid Bushing 2011-2016 2500/3500HD

Converting your LML Duramax's differential mounts to solid bushings will eliminate dangerous pinion angle changes under heavy load. This 2pc bushing replaces the rubber OE bushings in the differential carriers, sometimes referred to as the dog bones. Although each truck comes factory with 4 rubber bushings, we've seen a huge decrease in pinion movement by just replacing the bushing closest to the pinion on the drivers side frame rail. Obviously, the higher the horsepower and the more aggressive the load, the more benefit you would get from by converting all your bushings to solid. Not replacing all your bushings may increase lateral twist on the main case which, in extreme conditions, could lead to cracking.

Trucks without this solid bushing will experience bushing distortion and damage. This distortion causes excess pinion angle changes that often results in front propshaft or u-joint failure. If you've been experiencing these failures on your puller or racer its time to go solid!
